Singapore has always been renowned for its high wining and dining, with a unique gastronomic tapestry of everything from Michelin-star food court stalls to 5-star establishments perched on the 63rd floor.
While often food and beverages don’t come cheap once you venture beyond the street vendors, it’s certainly worth the experience to indulge in Singapore’s more glamorous foodie experiences.
Atlas Bar: Parkview Square, 600 North Bridge Road
Recently making it to #8 on the list of World’s Best Bars, this lobby lounge will take your breath away the moment you walk though the ornate doors. It is super-sized grandness on steroids with uncontrolled glamour everywhere you look. From the Art Deco trimmings to the gilded bar and impeccably trained staff, this is where you come to feel special and sip your way through their selection of 250 champagnes or over 1000 different gins!

Loof: 331 Northbridge Road, 3-7 Odeon Towers Extension Rooftop
Taking it up a level or two, this laid-back open air bar is a great place to take a breather from the bustle of the CBD. You’re across the road from Raffles Hotel and get another perspective of the city’s impressive skyline. Enjoy the award-winning vibe of a popular post-work venue that prides itself on serving cold beers, offering an exotic cocktail menu and delish bar food with a Singaporian twist (you have to try the Bacon Lollipops!!).

Lantern Bar: 80 Collyer Quay
Atop The Fullerton Bay Hotel is where you’ll find this secluded rooftop gem. The stylish bar feels like a favourite hangout for celebs and cashed-up expats or locals, but it’s actually a welcoming and casual spot to enjoy a cool drink while you take in the amazing Marina Bay views or after-dark laser light shows. While it won’t blow the budget (unless you order champas by the bottle), there are daily themed offers to make it more affordable to linger longer in this indulgent retreat.

LeVel 33: Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1, 8 Marina Boulevard
Its own lift will whisk you to the world’s highest urban craft brewery on the 33rd floor. Perched above the sprawl of Singapore, you can taste your way through their staple of 5 onsite brews (tip: 33.1 Blonde Larger is very drinkable!) while gazing out over Marina Bay and as far as the eye can see. Or time your visit to coincide with the quarterly release of a Brewmaster seasonal beer for a one-time special beer-lover experience. But it’s not all about the hoppy highlights, there’s a impressive wine cellar from boutique and artisan wineries and the restaurant serves the most delicious and generous meals!
